Shipping policy

UK Shipping

Lunar Dial currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. As we grow, we plan to introduce shipping to Europe and other international destinations.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service and are fully insured while in transit.

UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £8.95 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Dispatch Times

Our displays are produced and finished in small batches, so dispatch times may vary depending on current stock availability. Where an item is available from stock, we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Any estimated production or dispatch time will be clearly shown on the relevant product page.

Packaging

Every Lunar Dial display is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving us. Our products are designed to display treasured watches, so we take just as much care getting your display to you as we do making it.
