A different way to display an extraordinary watch.

'Moon Terrain' combines a detailed 190mm lunar surface with a purpose-designed black powder coated stand and black insert, creating a display inspired by the place that made the Moonwatch famous.

Designed for the moments when your watch isn't on your wrist, 'Moon Terrain' gives it somewhere rather fitting to call home.

Some watches deserve more than a conventional watch stand.

'Moon Terrain' was created as a different way to display the watch most closely associated with the Moon. Based on detailed lunar topography, the 190mm moon has a heavily textured surface of craters, ridges and changing elevations that give every angle its own character.

At the centre sits the watch display itself. A removable watch cushion fits inside a recessed black insert, surrounded by an all black bezel that provides a stark transition between the rugged lunar surface and the watch.

The moon is presented at a 25-degree angle on a purpose-designed black powder coated stand. Its simple design was deliberately kept minimal, allowing the moon and the watch to remain the focus while the black base almost disappears leaving the moon and watch the central focus.

Terrain isn't intended to be a scale model of the Moon with a watch holder added to it. It was designed from the beginning as a display piece, with the internal structure, watch insert and stand engineered to work together as one product.

The result is something that looks just as much at home as an object on a desk, shelf or in a watch collection as it does holding a watch.

And when the watch isn't being worn, where could be more appropriate to spend its time than back on the moon.
